Next steps involve thorough scarification, plug-core aeration - and using the over-seeding method and addition of a rich topsoil mix and with continuous irrigation - the grass should quickly start to germinate.

Before the first mow - the grass is growing for the first few weeks, as not all the grass types from the seed mixture will germinate at the same rate

Deep, lush color - and ready for regular maintenance
At this stage - continuous irrigation is no longer needed, we switch to one or two deep watering sessions per week, to encourage deeper root establishment - and we continue to fertilize and mow regularly throughout the season.
After a few mows with collection, early fertilization and re-seeding for density - the soil has stabilized and the grass is looking very healthy.
